How to turn on the air conditioner? How to configure it and what nuances to consider? The answers to these questions can be found in our instructions for the control panel from the General Climate air conditioner.
Important to know
The remote control runs on two batteries, which need to be replaced every six months or a year.
Do not use old and new batteries at the same time! When going on a long vacation, remove the batteries from the remote control to avoid leaks and, as a result, damage to the remote control.
Protect the remote control from any liquids, elevated temperatures, or mechanical influences. Purchase a special wall mount to prevent small children and pets from reaching for the remote control.
There should be no foreign objects between the General Climate air conditioner and the remote control, including doors and curtains.

Now let’s talk about choosing the operating mode. If you are undemanding about the settings and trust the technology, set the automatic mode. In this case, the device itself will choose the optimal settings, based on the indicators on the street and in the room.
To turn on the automatic mode, press the MODE button sequentially until «AUTO» appears on the display of the remote control. In some models, you also need to set the temperature (the up and down buttons).
Also, the operating mode can be set manually, using the same «MODE» button. Each time you press it, one of the following modes will be activated in order: COOL → heat → dehumidification (DRY) → ventilation (FAN) → AUTO. Information about the selected mode is displayed on the remote control display.
Adjust the temperature (use the up and down buttons). If you are in ventilation mode, adjust the speed by pressing the «FAN SPEED» button sequentially. Each time you press it, the speed will increase in the following order: auto → low → medium → high.
